Vendor Etiquette & Arrival Instructions
To ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone, we kindly ask all vendors to follow these guidelines:
Designated Load-In Location:
All vendor load-in will take place on St. Phillips Street and North Blvd.
Arrival Check-In:
Please call 225-800-2038 immediately upon arrival for directions and assistance.
Be Punctual:
Arriving on time helps prevent traffic congestion and allows all vendors adequate time to unload and set up properly.
Be Courteous & Professional:
Please be respectful of fellow vendors, staff, volunteers, and event attendees. Cooperation ensures a positive experience for everyone.
Unload Efficiently:
Have your materials organized and ready to unload quickly so others may access the loading area promptly.
Your cooperation and professionalism help make this event safe, organized, and enjoyable for
all participants.
